Refund & Exchange Policy – Bloom Scent by AW


At Bloom Scent by AW, we are committed to providing quality fragrances. Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes, the following refund and exchange policy applies.


Exchange Policy Duration

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


Sealed & Unused Perfumes

Once a perfume has been opened or its seal has been broken, no return or exchange will be accepted. An item may be considered for exchange only if: • The perfume is unused • The item is in the same condition as received • The product is returned in its original packaging All exchange requests are reviewed before approval.


Refunds & Exchange Charges

Refunds are not offered.
Exchanges are provided only in accordance with the conditions stated above.
An exchange delivery fee of AED 30 applies to all approved exchanges.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Our team will assess the issue and assist you accordingly.


Important Conditions

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition • Product must be returned in its original packaging • Bloom Scent by AW reserves the right to decline any exchange request if the above conditions are not met
