Shipping Policy – Bloom Scent by AW


This shipping policy applies to domestic orders within the UAE. It is designed to clearly explain our delivery procedures and timelines. By placing an order with Bloom Scent by AW, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders of AED 150 and above • A shipping fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 150 • For exchanges, a mandatory delivery charge of AED 30 applies


Order Cut-Off Time & Time Zone

Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT +04:00), Gulf Standard Time (Dubai), will be processed on the same business day.


Order Handling Time

Orders are handled within 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).


Order Transit Time

Delivery transit time is approximately 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).


Delivery Method

All orders are delivered using a third-party courier service operating within the UAE.


Change of Delivery Address

Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is in transit. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be handled according to our refund and exchange policy.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact our customer support team immediately. If the parcel is delivered in your absence, notify us promptly so we can guide you on the next steps.
